Minnesota Supreme Court to hear James Alby v. BNSF Railway
The Minnesota Supreme Court will hear the case of James Alby v. BNSF Railway Co. at 9 a.m. on Monday, March 4.
Alby is appealing a decision of an appellate court to the Minnesota Supreme Court. The issue is whether the federal or state post-judgment interest rate applies to a state court judgment entered on a Federal Employers Liability Act claim.
