Hawaii Supreme Court to hear Stephanie Sheveland v. Masood M. Foadi, et al.
The Hawaii Supreme Court will hear the case of Stephanie Sheveland v. Masood M. Foadi, Fahi S. Foadi, Mortgage Electronic Registration System Inc., et al. at 11:15 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 17.
Sheveland came to the Hawaii Supreme Court appeals to ask the court to consider the limitations period for a wrongful foreclosure time.
The original case revolved around a non-judicial foreclosure of Sheveland's home commenced in 2010.
