Delaware Supreme Court to hear the case of George Edward Kennedy v. Deutsche Bank National Trust
The Delaware Supreme Court will hear the case of George Edward Kennedy v. Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. at 10:01 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5.
Kennedy is appealing the decision of the Chancery of the state of Delaware over allegations it erred by failing to consider the bank's lack of proof substantiating its standing as assignee to the mortgage and note at issue in the matter.
The original case revolved around mortgage loan and foreclosure of a property that Kennedy offered to purchase from JPMorgan Chase Bank.
