Delaware Supreme Court to hear William Weller v. Morris James LLP
The Delaware Supreme Court will hear the case of William Weller v. Morris James LLP on Wednesday, Oct. 31.
Weller is appealing a decision of the state's Superior Court, alleging that the court "erred as a matter of law determining that the board committed legal error when it misapplied the second Dalton factor," his brief states.
The original case revolved around Weller filling a petition to determine compensation due with the Industrial Accident Board after he was injured during a work softball game.
