Hawaii Supreme Court to hear William R. Hancock v. Kulana Partners LLC
The Hawaii Supreme Court will hear the case of William R. Hancock v. Kulana Partners LLC and Fidelity National Title & Escrow of Hawaii Inc. at 8:45 a.m. Thursday, May 3.
Hancock came to the Hawaii Supreme Court after he argued the decision of the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii.
The original case revolved around a 2002 sale of real property from Hancock to Kulana Partners LLC. Hancock had agreed to include in the conveyance documents an easement in favor of his neighbors, Robert and Esther Grinpas. The conveyance documents, however, allegedly did not include the easement.
