Carline Vilbon v. Board of Registration in Nursing to be heard April 2
The Massachusetts Supreme Court will hear the case of Carline Vilbon v. Board of Registration in Nursing at about 9 a.m. on April 2.
Carline Vilbon v. Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing came to the Massachusetts Supreme Court after Vilbon argued the decision of the Supreme Judicial Court for the Suffolk County.
Vilbon requests that the court reverse the dismissal of the Supreme Judicial Court for the Suffolk County based on the alleged misrepresentation of attorney Michael Cioffi and on the alleged errors of law committed by Justice David Lowry in accepting a document from the respondent that was not included on the record.
The original case revolved around revoking a nursing license due to claims of fraud and deceit in favor of the Board's licensing agency Nursys, who allegedly committed an error by not verifying Vilbon's credentials during licensing process.
