Appeal in casino negligence case filed with Nevada Supreme Court
A Washington, D.C., resident has filed an appeal with the Nevada Supreme Court to review her negligence allegations against a Louisiana casino.
In the case of Maria Victoria Bradley vs. PNK LLC d/b/a L'Auberge Du Lac Casino Resort, Bradley requested that the high court review the decision made on July 12 by the 8th Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada.
PNK owns a casino in Lake Charles, La., where Bradley said she suffered a physical attack, but the company has its principal offices in Nevada.
