Maine Supreme Court to hear foreclosure case
The Maine Supreme Court will hear the case of KeyBank National Association vs. Eula W. Quint et al. at 9 a.m. on Nov. 15.
KeyBank filed the appeal, arguing that the district court erred in denying its motion to continue the trial and refusing to admit the business records of KeyBank’s mortgages to establish how much the borrowers owed.
The original case revolved around the district court entering a judgment in favor of the estate of Eula W. Quint and the other defendants in KeyBank’s foreclosure actions against them.
