Kentucky Supreme Court hears appeal in employment-contract case
The Kentucky Supreme Court heard the case of the University of Louisville vs. Mark Rothstein at 9 a.m. Sept. 20.
This case came to the Kentucky Supreme Court after the University of Louisville disagreed with the decision of the appeals court, arguing it should have been granted sovereign immunity and an employment contract should not be judged according to the Kentucky Model Procurement Code.
The original case revolved around Rothstein's claim that the University of Louisville breached its employment contract with him.
