Oregon high court slated to hear review of workers' compensation case
The Oregon Supreme Court will hear the case of Catherine A. Sheldon vs. US Bank at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 21.
This case came to the Oregon Supreme Court after the US Bank argued the decision of the Court of Appeals regarding whether other causes of a fall had eliminated a workers' compensation claim, as well as the application of a previous state amendment.
The original case revolved around Sheldon's claim that her fall happened during the course of her employment.
