Kentucky high court schedules hearing for case regarding danger doctrine
The Kentucky Supreme Court will hear the case of Norfolk Southern Railway Co. vs. Sharon Johnson at 11 a.m. Sept. 21.

The original case revolved around injuries police officer Sharon Johnson sustained when attempting to make an arrest on the Norfolk Southern Railway's property.
