Wyoming Supreme Court to hear case about spyware installed on rented computers
The Wyoming Supreme Court will hear the consolidated cases of Gretchen Howard, Audrey Kinion and Steve Winn vs. Aspen Way Enterprises Inc. at 9 a.m. Sept. 20.
The case goes to the Wyoming Supreme Court after the petitioners argued the decision of a circuit court's recognition of invasion of privacy.
The original case revolved around the installation of spyware by Aspen Way Enterprises onto computers rented to the petitioners.
