Kentucky Supreme Court to hear occupational safety case
The Kentucky Supreme Court will hear the case of Auslander Properties LLC vs. Joseph Herman Nalley, et al. at 10 a.m. Aug. 16.
The case came to the Kentucky Supreme Court after Auslander Properties argued the decision of the lower court on whether the company was required to comply with Kentucky occupational safety standards/Occupational Safety and Health Administration fall prevention regulations.
The original case revolved around injuries sustained by an independent contractor when he fell while trimming trees.
